As I confessed in earlier posts I’m an addicted Cereal killer. Guess there’s no day passing by without me eating a huge ( with huge I mean huge! :P) bowl of cereal. Once I am in a super market I’m just overwhelmed with the huge amount of sorts brands and packages. Do I look for a healthy one? Should I eat a healthy one or am I going with the fancy looking kids cereal high in sugar and fat.? Same decision every morning in front of my cupboard
